Pro Print™ KDS Series Case Printers
The Pro Print™ KDS system is the ideal solution for automatically printing up to all 4 sides of knocked-down (KD) RSC corrugated case blanks either off-line or feeding your existing automatic case erector. With hi-res ink jet via a Markem-Imaje 5800 single or double-head print system, printing efficiency and consistency can be achieved before the case is formed and packed. Printed blanks automatically restacked into a column and discharged via a conveyor system that easily integrates with many popular case erectors.

  • Precision-adjustable head mounting bracketry.
  • Standard Infeed magazine will accommodate a stack of KDs up to 36” in depth; additional capacity is an available option.
  • Infeed magazine utilizes “pull-up/out” backstop, allowing machine to continue running while being loaded.
  • Heavy duty welded frame of mild steel tube, powder-coated finish, with leveling feet; stainless steel construction available.
  • UL listed electrical panel, Nema 12 rated.
