Pro Pack Systems, Inc. has been located in Salinas, California since 1992. It was founded by Dave Zurlinden who still owns and operates the business today. From years of packaging experience in the food and wine industry, Dave and his firm began to offer custom solutions to companies.

Controls Engineering
All of our controls engineering is done in-house, with complete capability to support all major technology providers. We provide solutions for machine control, servo motion control, I/O networking, HMI interfacing, safely systems, etc.

Our mechanical engineering experience capabilities give us the know-how to do anything from machine design to turn-key packaging lines. All of our innovations and machine designs are modeled in Solid Works before parts are cut to ensure the highest quality in fitment, alignment, and longevity.

Assembly
Our 8,000 square foot assembly shop allows us plenty of room to get orders built and shipped within quoted lead-times without the hindrance of floor space.

With a combined 40 years of machine building experience, our assembly crew and managers build every machine to the highest of standards.

The base for all of our machines is a quality welded frame. Our certified welders build each frame to not exceed 0.030" tolerances.
