  • Optional recipe driven servo drive system for simplified change-overs.
  • Fully-integrated control system, in UL listed panel.
  • Operator Touch Screen (HMI) ergonomically located adjacent to KD Magazine.
  • Hand-crank, no-tools size changeovers accomplished in less than 5 minutes. Servo-size adjust also available. For common-footprint RSC’s, no changeover will be required.
  • Hot Melt Bottom Closure, via Nordson ProBlue 7 hot melt system.
  • Heavy-duty welded mild steel construction, powder-coated finish; wet-environment stainless steel construction also available.
  • Markem-Imaje 5800 single-printhead, hi-res ink jet system for two-sided coding is standard; double-printhead system for four-sided printing also available.
