WaxLock™ AR-1 Wine Closure System
The WaxLock™ AR-1, a wax applicator/cork sealer designed specifically for the wine bottling industry. With a a broad range of throughput speeds from 50-250 bottles/minute this system utilizes a timing screw that is specifically cut to fit your desired bottle for complete control of bottle handling and gapping during the wax application. This system is designed around change-over. Timing screws are tool-less quick change for varying bottle sizes and shapes and an additional melt unit can be fitted for frequent wax color changes.
